By default, browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome do not run extensions in Incognito mode by default for privacy reasons. That’s because extensions request wide-reaching permissions (including access to data on websites) and it can be a problem when you install malicious or privacy-invading extensions.Microsoft is exploring a similar approach for normal tabs, but the privacy-friendly feature will be entirely optional and temporary. The company plans to give users control over extensions on a websites basis. Extensions have permissions to all websites, but this can be controlled using a new Microsoft Edge feature. At the moment, if an extension is causing issues with a particular website, you can’t do anything about it other than removing it from Microsoft Edge. Starting Microsoft Edge’s upcoming version, users may restrict access to extensions on certain websites i.e blocking extensions from reading data on the selected website. As you can see in the above screenshot, this experimental feature lets you restrict access to specific sites, e.g. Wikipedia.org only. If you want to disable extensions for all websites, you can always do it from the browser’s settings.Microsoft is A/B testing the new privacy or security feature and it may not appear for everyone in Edge Canary. When you pause extensions, the site (if open) is reloaded automatically. Note that it pauses extensions temporarily only and all extensions are paused. You cannot select and pause specific extensions at this point, but we won’t be surprised if such a functionality is added in future. After extensions have been paused, a banner stating “We’ve paused extensions on this site to keep your data sharing minimal” will appear on the website.Edge’s sleeping tabs receives a major updateIn related news, Microsoft Edge version 100 made significant improvements to Sleeping Tabs in the browser. For those unaware, Sleeping Tabs is a flagship feature that puts. ...they seem to me in general to be quite annoying....why were they ultimately abandoned?I believe this is called "answering your own question." The infinity locks carried over to the M-mount lenses, in the beginning. Some had a new design - a crescent-shaped button within the contours of the crescent-shaped focusing tabs, rather than the push-knobs.As a photojournalist, my bet is that as 35mm cameras, including Leicas, replaced 4x5 and MF press cameras starting around 1960, Leica got feedback from the fast-working newspaper pros that the locks were a PITA. And began deleting them as new lenses were introduced. The last hold-outs with the locks were the 21 f/3.4 and the 35 f/1.4 pre-ASPH. Not sure when their locks were eliminated, although both ended production without locks. It is of note that when Leica reintroduced collapsible lenses in the 1990s (50 f/2.8 and 90 Macro) - they saw fit NOT to include either focus tabs or locks.Korn - Starting Over Chords Tabs

After starting up PSPad I noticed that all my custom settings were reversed (e.g. tab width, window size, highlighter options, etc.).Since older 32bit PSPad builds had the habit of randomly reverting to the default PSPad.INI settings I took a manual backup of my working PSPad.INI file a few months ago. Once I noticed that the 597 build reintroduced this settings problem I stopped PSPad, copied my backup PSPad.INI file over the current one in the %APPDATA%\PSPad directory and restarted PSPad again.Options: Reply | Quote | Up ^#14 Re: PSPad unicode 5.0.7 (597) EnglishPosted by: pspad | Date: 2021-04-21 09:17 | IP: IP LoggedThere should be PSPad.ini.old in the PSPad folder.
