SugarSync support may sometimes ask to send your SugarSync log file for troubleshooting purposes when submitting a support ticket.The file name to look for is sc1.log. If you see only sc1, send that one. If there are more, and you know how to zip files, then send them all.Attaching it to your ticketLogs files are text files, and you can dramatically reduce the size by zipping it.
